Logo, naming, and brand-identity deliverables include reasonable visual originality checks, but they are not legal clearance opinions. You are solely responsible for performing — or commissioning a trademark attorney to perform — full clearance searches in every jurisdiction and trademark class where you intend to use the mark, before adopting it or filing applications.
When a deliverable incorporates fonts, stock imagery, plugins, code libraries, or other third-party assets, those assets remain subject to their original licenses. We will disclose the assets used; you are responsible for procuring and maintaining the appropriate license for your usage scope.
Landing-page and small site builds are delivered on standard hosting stacks with reasonable security defaults. We are not a managed-security provider. For any application that processes payments, personal data, regulated information (health, finance, minors), or operates at scale, you must engage appropriate security review, penetration testing, and ongoing monitoring beyond the deliverable scope.
Where a deliverable references developers, freelancers, agencies, printers, or other vendors, those references are informational. We do not vet, license, supervise, or warrant the work of any third party. You are solely responsible for hiring, contracting, supervising, and paying any vendor.
